A. Yes, shipping is FREE on all orders over $65.00 delivered to the United States for your convenience.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. Items delivered to the United States can take up to 4-12 business days to arrive. Items delivered overseas usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand, the manufacturer and shipping location. (Please note that we display the estimated processing and delivery times on each individual product listing.)
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. Please allow up to 5-7 business days.
Q. Where is you company located?
A. Our home office is based in Oklahoma. We have supply warehouses in the U.S.A. and other countries.
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses across the United States. For certain items we also use factories located overseas. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
